We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote PIN codes, delivery may take longer or may not be available. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days to process. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order on your Orders page or directly on the courier's website.
7. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at [Contact Email]. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
