How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you need to register or log in to place an order. This helps us track your orders and simplify future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is it safe to pay online on your site?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in serviceable locations.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier 2 cities: 3–6 days. Remote areas: up to 10 days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your Orders page after logging in.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to smaller orders.

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds for online payments are credited within 5–7 business days after approval. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
